Chess is a two-player strategy board game played on a chessboard, a game board with 64 squares arranged in an eight by eight grid. Chess is played by millions of people world, both amateurs and professionals. I believe every chess player senses beauty; when they succeed in creating situations, which contradict the expectations and the rules, and they succeed in mastering this situation.
Mr Jenami, our Chess Coach, said:
“My maths teacher introduced me to chess. I started to practise using newspaper publications of previous games by Grand masters. Participation in school / tournaments gave the desire to build my game. Review of games by Copablance inspired me to continue playing the games of chess even after school. The advice I would give to aspiring players is by Grand Masters. Look at them and then build your own playing style. An inspiring player need to participate in as many tournaments as possible in order to improve their playing standard.
